How to upgrade to windows 11 from Windows 10, when Windows Update is not offering this path?

I just bought a used refurbisjed laptop with Windows 10 Home on it. i have applied every update thought the windows Update function. My system tray shows:

When i click this it takes me to the Windows Update setion of Settings, and when I scan for updates, there are none!

How to I get access to the free upgrade to Windows 11 please?

    Your screenshot indicates you may already have Windows 11 installed and the problem is your version is very old and needs to be updated, if you are not automatically offered the upgrade in the Settings app, I need some information about the hardware and Windows version installed.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
