Virtual Network Service Endpoint Microsoft.Web missing in Azure China Tenant

In the Azure China tenant under Virtual Network Service Endpoints Azure.Web is missing. There are few more as well but we dont need them.

Does this supported in Azure China? If yes, can this be enabled or can be requested explicitly?

Any information is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
