    Hi aliabbasi-0397 ,

thanks for the links share but this is to implement the roaming & folder redirection process which is already implemented but my query is since the folders are restricted to specific user and couldn't copy unless ownership changed, so what is the easiest way to take the ownership of all those folders and copy as secondary because this is not one time job but daily which consumes lots of time. hope understood the querry

    Hello,

Thank you so much for posting here.

When you redirect folders by using Group Policy, it is recommended that you enable the Folder Redirection client-side feature to automatically create the user's folders to ensure that the folder is secure. By default, administrators do not have access to the redirected folders. By default, the Folder Redirection feature enables the user to have exclusive access to the redirected folder.

How to enabling the administrator to have access to redirected folders, we could refer to:

Besides, here is the discussion about How to restore Administrators’ access to redirected My Documents folders, we could kindly have a check to see whether it could be of some help.

If there is any misunderstanding, please let me know. Thank you so much for your support.

    Hi, HannahXiong,

The above solution works perfectly on my home lab and would use the same on actual to see the user's queries (if any) and update you accordingly.
    Thank you
