bitlocker key problem

Dear sir / madam 

I am avdhoot kankekar ,I am using dell inspiron laptop 3567  and  service tag no is CJGF1P2 . My all drive has been locked by bitlocker encryption .i am not abel to retive the keys for the same .ichecked the keys on my registered microsoft account but its blank , pls help to retrieve my data .

My registered mail ID is

To retrieve your BitLocker recovery keys, you can follow these steps:

1. Check Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory: If your BitLocker recovery keys were saved to Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory, you may be able to access them through your organization's IT helpdesk or by logging into your Microsoft account at https://myaccount.microsoft.com. From the Devices tab, select your Windows device and choose View BitLocker Keys.
2. Helpdesk Recovery: If you cannot find your keys through your Microsoft account, you should contact your IT helpdesk or the support team for your organization. They may have procedures in place to retrieve recovery information securely.
3. Self-recovery Options: If you have a recovery password or key saved on a USB device, you can use it to unlock your drives. Make sure to follow the recovery process as outlined in the BitLocker documentation.
4. Recovery Using Command Line: If you have access to another device, you can connect your locked drive as a secondary drive and use the BitLocker Repair tool to attempt to regain access.

If your drive is encrypted with Bitlocker, the only place the Bitlocker Recovery key is automatically stored is on the associated Microsoft account on the link below, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

Are you able to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key on any account that may have been used or linked to the laptop?

If not, do you have a safe backup of your files, or use a cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.

If you are unable to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key on any account that may have been used on that device, then I am sorry for the bad news, the only way to access that device is to create a bootable Windows USB on another working PC and use that to clean install Windows and at the start of the installation, delete all partitions on the drive to remove the encryption, which will sadly result in loss of all data on the drive.
