I have not been able to add 2nd device to my Microsoft 365 account. It does not see it and it will not accept the serial number?

    Only devices manufactured by Microsoft like a Surface laptop can be added to your account using the serial number.

    If you want to install Microsoft 365 on that PC, then on that PC, if you go to this link on your Microsoft account, are you able to click the Install button to install Microsoft 365?
