I can login to my Microsoft.com account with MFA and the authenticator app works, and even provides other login options, but for dev.azure .com the authenticator app does not work and no other options are provided.... there is a Microsoft password reset page, but I know my password, what I need assistance is the broken MFA for AZURE only.

Same issue. Only way around is was to "Sign out and forget" then use passkey authentication. This isn't just a one-off, it's quite consistent. Embarrassing for a company that sell authentication services.
