To forward your Outlook mail, calendar, and contacts to iCloud, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Forwarding Mail: You can set up email forwarding in Outlook to send your emails to your iCloud email address. For detailed steps, refer to the topic on Forward email to another email account.
    2. Calendar and Contacts: Unfortunately, Outlook for Mac does not support Apple iCloud calendar (CalDAV) and contact (CardDAV) synchronization. Therefore, you cannot directly forward your calendar and contacts to iCloud from Outlook. You may need to export your calendar and contacts from Outlook and then import them into iCloud manually.
    3. Using Classic Outlook: If you're experiencing issues with your calendar in Classic Outlook, it may be due to compatibility problems. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Outlook and check for any updates or patches that might resolve these issues.

For more detailed instructions on managing your email and calendar, you may want to consult the relevant Microsoft documentation.

Thanks for sharing the details, Jessica! Try mail forwarding without Outlook rules

Instead of Outlook forwarding rules, which break often:

    Forward from the server

    If your Outlook email is:

    • Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com
    • Exchange

Do this in Outlook Web (not the app):

    • Go to outlook.office.com
    • Settings ⚙ → Mail → Forwarding
    • Enable forwarding to your @icloud.com
    • Check Keep a copy in Outlook

This works even if Outlook is closed.

See if this helps. If you need further assistance just let me know.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly
