Need to add a phone number to my account. Original message popped up talking about alias can't be added. Tried again and then got "this verification method can't be added". Im assuming it was locked as I tried a few times. Using the AI chat as well as trying to call support has not accomplished anything. AI chat support sends me to the obvious links that don't resolve my problem. Calling the support number it automatically hangs up on me as I asked about adding a phone number so any time I call it just says to go to the same links AI support said and then hangs up. Frustrating...... any help on how to contact someone who can input a phone number on my account ?
