    Hello @Sanjay Verma,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, it appears you are experiencing an issue related to your subscription. To assist you better, could you please sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Your products (or access to this link: Your products - Microsoft 365 admin center) using your Global Administrator account and share a screenshot of the subscription page? Please ensure that any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is hidden, as shown in the example below. User's image

From this, please note the following:

    • If your billing account ends with MOSA, you will be able to edit active licenses or cancel the subscription directly.
    • If your billing account ends with MCA, you will need to submit a request to the Microsoft Support Billing team to remove licenses or cancel the subscription as per your request.

Kindly check if this is a trial subscription, as it automatically provides a quota of 25 seats (same name structure as the screenshot below). Please check the expiration date as if it expires, your license will be deactivated. Thus, you will need to purchase new subscription: Buy or remove licenses for a Microsoft business subscription | Microsoft Learn.

Additionally, in case this is a paid subscription and you would like to review how much you have paid for your subscription, you can access your invoices directly via this link: Bills and payments - Microsoft 365 admin center or navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Bills & Payment. There, you can check your invoices and payment details.

If there is any concern, please feel free to let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The billing for your Microsoft subscription depends on the number of licenses you have purchased and the pricing associated with those licenses. Since you mentioned that you purchased one license with an estimated 25 users but are currently using only 3 users, you will still be billed for the full license amount based on the number of licenses purchased, not the number of users actively using the service.

If you need to adjust the number of licenses to reflect the actual usage, you can add or remove licenses as needed. However, any changes made will be reflected in the next billing cycle, and you might see prorated charges or credits on your invoice depending on when the changes occur.

For specific billing amounts, you would need to refer to the pricing details of the subscription you have selected.
