We have release updates in our office online server farm as below, please refer below screenshot.
Above Build indicates we are on Nov 2018 build, but we do not have latest security updates on it.
Please clarify my below 3 questions :
since we are at Nov 2018 Build, We are planning to install latest relase using below link,
- is is above one correct link to install latest release on OOS?
- If it is correct link, Do we have to follow below procedure or simply download and install in 2 office online servers?
(We have 2 OOS servers load balanced)
a. Remove the office online server from farm
b. uninstall office online server from the farm
c. reinstall the office online server with latest updates
d. recreate office online server farm/joing existing updated Farm
- After installing above one will build changes to 16.0.10360.20000 for OOS server?

I have few questions, can you please clarify it?
- What you shared (July 2020) and I have shared (Jun 2020) both are release only right? not CUs correct?
- if we install Jul 2020 does it take care of June one also?
- if we install only June 2020 release does it any harm
- if we install June 2020 Build number changes from 16.0.10338.20039 to which BUIlD number? and for July which Build number?
- I am not clear on 3 rd step form the link you have shared for multi server farm steps, can you please guide me whether we have to implement 3rd step or not?

2020-08-03T15:04:32.393+00:00 All OOS updates are cumulative since the last major release (Nov 2018). Installing June isn't an issue, but you miss out on the security fixes offered by July. Yes, the build number changes with each release.
Step three refers to major releases, which you already have from Nov 2018.

2020-08-05T17:08:31.11+00:00 You only need to uninstall OOS when a new ISO is released (major version). Month-to-month patches do not require that step as you're patching the major version.
