CoPilot not loading on ClipChamp

Good Morning All
I have a full CoPilot license but whenever I go onto ClipChamp web, CoPilot isn't loading for me. Any ideas why? It just stays on a loading screen:
It's been like this for weeks. I've done what MS say to do (deleted cookies/cleared cache etc) but nothing has worked.
