    First restart Visual Studio, try again.

    If the issue persist restart Visual Studio developer command prompt using devenv /safemode. If the problem persist report this to Microsoft, if the problem is gone you (and I don't know your environment) need to look at any Visual Studio installed extensions which may caused the issue.
