Your gift card redemption is valid, but the code hasn’t arrived because the order is either still processing, flagged for security verification, or the email was delayed/filtered.
What to do:
Check your Rewards order history at account.microsoft.com/rewards for status.
Look in Inbox, Spam/Junk, and Promotions folders for the gift card email.
If it’s been more than 24–48 hours, contact Microsoft Rewards Support at support.microsoft.com/rewards → select Missing gift card code and provide your order ID and billing details.
