contacts & tasks missing after remote session

Someone was helping me with my original problem via remote session and now my contacts and tasks are missing and my original problem is still not fixed. I have a case number.

    Test Outlook online

    Open any web browser and go to this link:

    Outlook.office365.com

    log in using your Microsoft account

    please check if your Contact and task are showing.
