Additionally, I’d like to suggest a few troubleshooting steps:
1/ Sign out and sign back in
This helps refresh your session and renew authentication tokens. Sometimes issues occur because the current session is stuck or expired, so signing out and back in can resolve temporary glitches.
2/ Clear your cache:
Depending on the browser you’re using, clear your browsing data and then log back into Microsoft Teams to check if the issue persists.
3/ Try a different web browser.
Use a browser other than the one you’re currently using.
4/ Try another device
Log into your account on a different device (Windows or Linux). You can also use the device where you mentioned the account works correctly to see if the issue is device-specific.
