You can merge your two Microsoft Learn accounts as long as one of the accounts contains a personal Microsoft login account. Merging will combine all your learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both profiles into a single profile. Here’s how you can do it:
- Sign in to the profile you want to keep.
- In the login account management, select "add login account".
- If the account you are adding is associated with another Learn profile, this will trigger the merge process.
- All contents from the second profile will be brought into the signed-in profile, and any duplicate content will be removed.
- Note that if you exceed the limit of five work or school login accounts during the merge, the process will be canceled.
Make sure to resolve any issues before attempting the merge again. Once merged, the process cannot be undone, so ensure you are ready to combine the accounts.
