Check booksellers, like Amazon

https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Access-Books/s?k=Microsoft+Access&rh=n%3A283155

or Barnes and Noble

https://www.barnesandnoble.com/b/microsoft-applications/microsoft-access/_/N-15Zuo9.

There are many good books on Access in addition to the one you named.

The truth is, however, that fewer books are being written these days. You'll still find older books available, though, so if that's your desired approach, you can find one or more of them.

In the last few years the trend has shifted towards more targeted learning materials, e.g. YouTube videos and similar resources.

Moreover, a lot of people find assistance through AI's like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.

I cannot provide specific books or resources for learning Microsoft Access, including a Bible book. However, you can find various resources and documentation on Microsoft Access through the official Microsoft website, which offers how-to content, sample code, and technical articles for developing solutions and customizing Access.

For the latest information on Access and its features, you may want to check the official Microsoft documentation regularly.

You might like to take a look at DatabaseBasics.zip in my Dropbox public databases folder:

This little demo file, as its name suggests, provides an introduction to some of the basic principles and methodologies used in designing a relational database in Access.  It's early sections describe the various types of relationships used.  Relationships are built in the Relationships window, which is opened from the Database Tools ribbon.  Each table in a relationship is added to the window, and the relationship is created by dragging from the primary key of one table to the foreign key in the other table.  Be sure to enforce referential integrity in the dialogue.

You want to learn more about table design and relationships between tables. The terms we use in database design include "Database Normalization" and "Table Relationships".

One good starting place might be YouTube videos, which you can watch using subtitles in different languages if English is not your mother tongue. This one is a pretty good introduction:

There are also articles like this one to help you get started. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/microsoft-365-apps/access/database-normalization-description
Microsoft Access templates are also available to help you explore basis designs. Look for the Northwind templates here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/featured-access-templates-e14f25e4-78b6-41de-8278-1afcfc91a9cb
