    Sorry to hear you’re dealing with this. Could you share a bit more detail about what’s happening? What do you see when you try to use the Microsoft Authenticator app (for example, error message, blank prompt, no approval notification, etc.)?

    Also, did you recently reinstall Authenticator or change phones? If so, were your accounts backed up in Authenticator beforehand? You can check Microsoft’s backup guidance here:
