HOW DO I MOVE DOCUMENTS FROM USER PROFILE FOLDER TO ONE DRIVE?

You don't move it.

Do you have OneDrive app running now? If so, click on the cloud icon on taskbar, go to Settings > sync and backup tab > manage backup, turn on Documents toggle there. Restart the computer. That's it.

To move documents from a user profile folder to OneDrive, you can use the OneDrive sync client to redirect known folders such as Documents, Desktop, and Pictures to OneDrive. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open OneDrive Settings: Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray and select Settings.
2. Backup Tab: Go to the Backup tab and click on Manage backup.
3. Select Folders: Here, you can select the folders you want to back up to OneDrive, including Documents.
4. Start Backup: Click Start backup to begin moving the files to OneDrive.

Alternatively, if you are an administrator, you can configure this through Microsoft Intune or Configuration Manager to silently move known folders to OneDrive for Business, preventing users from redirecting them back to their local devices.
