Good evening reader,

This all started when my pc would crash randomly and I couldn't figure out the issue. I then downloaded "WhoCrashed" onto my pc. It gave a few pointers and I ended up deleting Realtek from my device manager, under "sound, video and game controllers" I was going to reinstall it. My pc was fine after i deleted it, so i decided to reboot before reinstalling it. After that now, I get an infinite hang on the boot up screen. It just shows the MSI logo and the continuous circle, after about 5 minutes or so I'll get a system thread error. I've tried redownloading Realtek to no avail. I've tried extensive trouble shooting, but nothing is working. My pc boots up in safe mode. BSV.txt

Hi, thank you so much for patiently waiting, and yes I see the DMP files you have, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there is an error vgk.sys, this is the Vanguard kernel-mode driver or the Vanguard driver from Riot games, if you have games like Valorant I suggest reinstalling it and check again if the issue persists, kindly follow the steps from this link:

    https://windowsreport.com/vgk-sys-blue-screen/

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

In addition, there is also an error 0xCE_IMAGE_rtwlanu.sys, which is your Realtek Network driver, which is causing the issue. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Roll back the Wi-Fi driver.

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapters

-Look for the Realtek LAN/Wi-Fi driver

    -Right-click and click Update Driver

-Select Browse my computer for drivers

-Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

-Choose an old driver or another driver name, then select it and hit next until it installs.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a LAN/Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website, and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

Based on your inputs, it seems that there is a hardware-related issue with the PC. In addition, the logs you have provided are only displaying a general error on the PC. Since you can still boot the device in safemode, can you please check if you have Minidump files on the PC so I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location, like the Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using, and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using OneDrive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/, then upload the file

Then, provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-onedrive-files-and-folders-9fcc2f7d-de0c-4cec-93b0-a82024800c07

Note: If the PC doesn't connect to the internet, I recommend transferring the Minidump files to another PC, then uploading and sharing them.
