How to fix an error run dll VJBMSH~1.DLL

Question

Whenever I open my laptop it comes up with there was a problem starting and the specified module could not be found.But I can’t find similar problems it says that I am missing the VJBMSH~1.DLL also my internet has stopped working since this problem
