How can I resolve the verification issue, since I cannot add my number to my Microsoft account and cannot redeem cards?

Microsoft Rewards is available in Ecuador and the Robux reward appears in the catalog.

However, when trying to redeem Robux, phone verification is required and Ecuador phone numbers (+593) are not recognized for SMS verification.

This prevents completing the redemption, even though it worked previously (last successful redemption on November 3).

Is SMS verification currently disabled for Ecuador, or is there any alternative verification method to redeem Robux through Microsoft Rewards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem in Microsoft Rewards without a phone number for verification.

Also, there are no announcements that the SMS verification is disabled in your region.

I just want to confirm, do you mean you are unable to add your phone number for the Microsoft Rewards verification method?

Or do you mean your number is already added, but you can't receive the verification codes to complete the redemption?

Just to clarify, does this mean that your phone number was removed from your account during November? Kindly confirm it on account.microsoft.com > go to Your Info > check the phone number under account info.

If yes, once the phone number has been removed from the account, you can't re-add it again.

The only way to fix this is to add a new phone number that is not associated with any Microsoft accounts for the Reward verification method.
