I’ve been working on a project for almost a month and have run into a major issue with the credit system. Despite paying for Microsoft Office annually, I’ve been limited by Copilot’s credit model. The credits I used produced no useful results, leaving me with nothing to show for my time, uploads, or effort.

This feels like a waste of both money and productivity. If I had known upfront that credits would block me mid‑project, I would have chosen a different plan from the start. The lack of transparency around costs and limits is frustrating, and the credit system itself feels counterproductive.
