I signed up for Outlook 365 business 3 months ago, but I am now being billed for both Outlook 365 personal ($12.50/month) and business ($22/month). I understood that when I signed up for business 365 I would no longer be charged for personal. How do I stop this from happening? I just want to pay for business

To resolve the duplicate charges for Outlook 365 Personal and Business, you should first cancel the Outlook 365 Personal subscription. Since you signed up for Outlook 365 Business, you should no longer need the Personal version. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Log in to your Microsoft account where you manage your subscriptions.
    2. Navigate to the subscriptions section to view all your active subscriptions.
    3. Locate the Outlook 365 Personal subscription and select the option to cancel it.
    4. Confirm the cancellation to stop any future charges.

If you continue to experience issues or if the charges persist, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
