MS Authenticator Is asking for a code. Where do I get this code?

I just installed this, and when installing the app, it never mentioned I will need a code.

When Microsoft Authenticator is asking for a code, it typically means that you need to complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) process. The code can usually be obtained from the following sources:

    1. Authenticator App: If you have set up the Microsoft Authenticator app with an account, it should generate a time-based one-time password (TOTP) that you can use. Open the app, and you should see the code for the account you are trying to access.
    2. QR Code Setup: If you are setting up an account that requires MFA, you might have been given a QR code to scan during the setup process. This code is used to link your account to the Authenticator app, which will then generate the necessary codes.
    3. Backup Codes: If you have previously set up MFA, you may have been provided with backup codes when you first enabled it. These can be used if you cannot access the Authenticator app.

If you are still having trouble, ensure that you have followed the setup instructions correctly, including scanning any QR codes provided by the service you are trying to access. If you need further assistance, you may need to contact your organization's IT support or the service provider for help with MFA setup.
