does Microsoft Basic 365 give 50 GB storage?

I have a current subscriotion for Microsoft Basic 365. Outlook says my hotmail storage is full and might not work to send or receive messages. Online it says I get 50 GB storage with Microsoft Basic 365. I had Microsoft 365 Personal but let it expire in lieu Microsoft 365 Basic. Now it says my account is expired. How do I contact Microsoft to confirm mu payment to Micosoft 365 Basic is current and up to date and not expired?
