window server2019 system activated

Question

when I install windows server 2019 and activated ,but one year later , windows show need activate windows (I don't change any hardwares) , I use orginal production key to activate ,but not success.

so what can I do next , and what cause this happen ?

If your Windows Server 2019 was previously activated but now shows "Activate Windows" after a year, even without hardware changes, it may be due to a license validation timeout, corrupted activation files, or a mismatch with the activation channel (e.g., retail vs. volume). If reactivating with your original product key fails, I recommend running the command slmgr.vbs /dlv to check your license status and activation channel. You can also try slmgr.vbs /rearm followed by reactivation.
