Hi, i'm the admin of a developer tenant, i have access to the dashboard, i need to restart the mfa setting of the global admin account because i lost the data from the authenticator, I'm trying to recover the possibility of the account to keep using the actual tenant, i don't have any confidential information or anything relevant (i can delete the profile of the developer account if i want) Thanks

    Hello Augusto Francetich

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
