In my profile I have written an Microsoft GITHUB COPILOT exam which i failed to upload the certificate in AMBG portal i am not able to find anything on transcript tab or any share link I am able to download pdf though

under credentials the certificate is showing and I am able to download the pdf also, but in transcript tab its not showing anything, how an I download the transcript and sharelink in AMBG portal
I have no idea what the AMBG portal is so cannot answer about that.
But your screenshot shows the exam but there should also be the certification listed above it as well, e.g.
and your transcript should not be blank.
