I'm the only admin for a MS 365 business account and just recently the MS authenticator app used for the MFA stopped working. Unfortunately, the account was not backed up. I've tried contacting Microsoft support several times but after entering all the necessary information to open a case, the auto attendant tries to transfer me to a live agent, but it fails after three attempts and disconnects.
If anyone else has experienced this, how did you resolve the issue?
