No Licence found

Hello there,

I recently purchased the Microsoft 365 online - but it doest appear to work - everything time I tried to put in my licence details it doesnt recognise it. It just No Licence Found. See attachment. I've recently got a new Mac laptop and Im running the macOS 15 Sequoia OS system.

Hi Dominic,

1. Did you purchase Microsoft 365 Home/Family or basic?
2. Did you associate your license with your Microsoft account?
3. Please let me know if you see a license on https://account.microsoft.com/services page.
