Hi HafizulHafiz-8029, I understand how frustrating this must be trying to activate Windows Server and link it with your Gmail can feel confusing especially when you need it for development work.

You cant activate Windows Server with Gmail it needs a product key or KMS setup. If you want to sign in create a Microsoft account you can use your Gmail for that or join a domain. For developer tools log in with a Microsoft Developer Account. Activation is license based not email based.

Are you trying to activate Windows Server itself or just sign in to developer tools using your Gmail account?

    Best regards

    Lucky
