Windows update only downloads Security Intelligence Updates for Microsoft Defender Antivirus .
The last update that was not a Security Intelligence Update was 2025-12 Security Update (KB5072033) (26200.7462) installed on 12/9/2025. No optional updates showing or other Microsoft products (both of which are enabled). I've also tried the windows update troubleshooter .....No problems found.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

KB5072033 is the latest update released on December 9, 2025, so you should be fine. Expect the preview update in the 3rd or 4th week of this month and see if it shows up for you.

Thanks John, I appreciate your response. I think I will wait and see (like you suggested) at least until the 4th week of this month. I definitely will let you know if I indeed get the update. If not, maybe you will be able to help me out.
