May I please confirm how you are accessing Outlook?
Are you signing in through Outlook.com (web browser) or using the Outlook desktop app on your computer?
Open an incognito tab and paste this link in the address bar, and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Let me know if your existing password works there.
If it doesn’t, try resetting your Microsoft account password, then sign in again with your new password in the Outlook desktop app.
