Roblox not loading or showing up in task manager

So today I was playing roblox and then I closed it and came back in like 30 minutes and when I tried to open it again it would not open, it would just show a small loading sign on top of my cursor. I tried to fix it but it did not work, I reinstalled roblox, restared my laptop, updated drives, but it still did not work. It also doesn't show up in task manager whenever i try to open roblox. please help

    You have already attempted the most common troubleshooting steps, which effectively rules out simpler causes.

    From a practical standpoint, the most efficient and reliable resolution in persistent cases like this—where multiple potential conflicting elements may be at play—is to perform a Reset this PC (Keep my files) option. This process reinstalls Windows cleanly, removes all installed applications and custom system settings (while preserving your personal files), and eliminates a broad range of underlying conflicts in one step, saving significant time compared to isolating each possible cause individually.

    • Navigate to Settings > System > Recovery. 
    • Under Reset this PC, select Get started. 
    • Choose Keep my files.  Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset. 
    • After completion, reinstall Roblox and test again.
