unable to login to the azure portal because of this error, how can i proceed? User's image

Hi Aditya Rajan,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

The error indicates that your subscription has been blocked due to inactivity for more than 200 days.

Once the subscription has been blocked due to inactivity, there’s only a short window of ~ 20 days where Microsoft Support can still restore it. After that, it may be permanently deleted.

Suppose you don’t have any important resources, or you have passed the 20 days after the inactivity in the old subscription/tenant. In that case, the easiest option is usually to create a new Azure subscription (or new tenant if needed) and continue using Azure there.

Sorry to reuse this thread, but I'm having the same issue. I don't need my previous subscription, but I created a new one and received the "Your new account is ready" email. But when I log in, I get the same message

Hello Aditya Rajan,

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
