Copilot Agent is able to see knowledge source, but it does not reference the contents of the document.

Question

I am a brand new tenant, and I am trying to integrate Copilot into my SharePoint site. I am able to place documents within SharePoint, and I am able to add these documents as knowledge sources for my Copilot agent. However, when I prompt the system to provide me information that is stored within the documents, the agent informs me that it is unable to obtain any information within:
