Dear Microsoft team members / staff members / employees,

I don't know what to pick from tags, so I just picked it random. It's about Microsoft Rewards and the 5–6-digit code system. I contacted Microsoft yesterday and I got a reply, but it was a bit useless. What happened was that I can't put my phone number. I'm from Myanmar. It said, "We don't support that country code" and after I read your members reply mail, I tried it and I filled my phone number. But the code didn't pop up. The phone number is correct. I tried it multiple times and with other phones, but it just doesn't work. My brother said that you guys don't give those 5-6 digits codes. Is it true? Can you guys fix it please? I beg you Microsoft employees! Now I'm stuck with 13,000 points... waiting for to redeem robux. But it seems like it's not going to happen...
