I need to talk to someone about our account and why we are not getting emails. The account is paid in full!

    • What type of emails are you not receiving?
    • Are the missing emails from one sender only or multiple senders?

    Do you see any warning or notification indicating it’s related to mailbox/account storage being full (for example, “storage full” or “your mailbox is over quota”)?

    If possible, please also confirm whether the missing emails show up in Junk/Spam, Other/Focused, or any custom folders.
