Trying to run safe mode but these BSOD errors keep happening

I couldn't activate and find my Bluetooth after I tried to follow some tutorials on YouTube just for me to use my mouse. I even tried using the wired ones, and they still didn't work, so I decided to reformat my PC. However, I couldn't reformat my PC because these BSODs keep interfering with my process, and I even tried to run Safe Mode just to reformat peacefully, but I still can't because of the BSODs. I don't know how this even happened in the first place because this laptop I'm using right now is new, and I just bought it this year. User's image

    Hi,

Which method are you using to reinstall Windows, USB or ISO?

What is the model of your laptop?

This error may be a hardware failure.

    Thanks
