Roblox touchscreen problem with both controls and opening the app

Hi! I've been having a lot of trouble with roblox lately. What's been happening is that Roblox's joystick will NOT show up when im trying to play on he touchscreen part of my laptop. I tried to change the settings and everything but it will not work. So then I checked some pages and decided to download the microsoft version of roblox instead, just for it to not load. When i finished downloading all the required things, it goes to the roblox log in page except it doesn't show the log in stuff, it just shows continue. I click the continue button and it loads for a few seconds before going back to the previous page where it just says continue. I tried troubleshooting and everything it will still not open! Please tell me how to fiz this problem as its been bugging me for a while now. Thank you for reading.
