Hi,

I set up an expression-of-interest form using Microsoft Forms. But I received feedback from two recipients that they can't access the form. When I just tried, I got the following error message:

Session id: cc31cbfc-3e9c-4135-9b26-3d911777ef88, Correlation id: 2a44fc39-feb0-476f-9318-751b89731784

And it said to please sign in again. How can I make the form accessible to my recipients?

Thank you!

Isabella

    Hi,

Truly sorry for the experience you had with this. May I know whether you used a Microsoft 365 Business account or a Personal account to create a form?

Please send a screenshot of form sharing settings, And the error message as well.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

To make your Microsoft Form accessible to your recipients, you should check the following settings:

    1. Ensure Sharing Settings are Correct: Make sure that the form is set to allow responses from anyone in your organization or from specific people. You can adjust these settings in the form's share options.
    2. Check Microsoft Azure Settings: If your organization uses Microsoft Azure, verify that Microsoft Forms is enabled for users. You can do this by logging into Microsoft Azure, navigating to Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise applications, and ensuring that the application settings for Microsoft Forms allow users to sign in.
    3. SharePoint Access: If your form includes file uploads or is linked to SharePoint, ensure that SharePoint access is enabled for the users trying to access the form. If access is restricted, they may encounter issues.
    4. Session Issues: The error message you received may indicate a session issue. Have your recipients try signing out and signing back into their Microsoft accounts or using a different browser or device to access the form.
    5. Check for Information Barriers: If your organization has information barriers enabled, ensure that they are configured correctly to allow access to the form.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the access issues your recipients are experiencing.
