The message “This page has been blocked because it violates the usage restrictions in the Terms of Use” typically means that access to OneDrive or SharePoint has been restricted at the tenant level due to Microsoft’s Acceptable Use Policy. This is not something that can be resolved from the user side alone.
You can refer to the steps provided by Q&A Assist to create a support ticket by signing in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > “Help & Support”. This will allow Microsoft to review the situation and restore access if appropriate.
If you are not a Global Admin, please contact your organization’s Global Admin and share this information with them so they can open the ticket and work directly with Microsoft support agents.
