    Hello @Office,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

The message “This page has been blocked because it violates the usage restrictions in the Terms of Use” typically means that access to OneDrive or SharePoint has been restricted at the tenant level due to Microsoft’s Acceptable Use Policy. This is not something that can be resolved from the user side alone.

You can refer to the steps provided by Q&A Assist to create a support ticket by signing in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > “Help & Support”. This will allow Microsoft to review the situation and restore access if appropriate.

If you are not a Global Admin, please contact your organization’s Global Admin and share this information with them so they can open the ticket and work directly with Microsoft support agents.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please let me know if you need any additional guidance on how to proceed.

    Best regards,

The error message you are encountering indicates that access to the OneDrive site has been blocked due to violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. This typically occurs when activities that are prohibited by the policy are detected within your organization.

To resolve this issue, you should submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If you believe that your organization is not involved in any prohibited activities, contacting support will help restore access.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. Navigate to the support section.
    3. Submit a request regarding the access denial.

Make sure to provide any relevant details that could assist the support team in resolving the issue.
