Identity Validation stuck "In Progress"

I have entered a trusted signing validation request and it has been "In Progress" for a while now. Is there any way to get the process moving? My business depends on this service to achieve full operations.

    If identity validation for trusted signing is stuck in “In Progress,” there is no manual way to accelerate it from the portal. This usually means Microsoft’s internal verification checks are still running or awaiting additional review. The only practical actions are to raise a support ticket with Microsoft (choose the trusted signing or identity validation category), verify that all submitted business details and documents are accurate and complete, and monitor your email in case the compliance team requests clarification. If it is business critical, clearly mark the support case as production-blocking to get faster attention.
