Hello. I am experiencing an issue with Copilot when using the same account on two devices (Windows 10 and Android 16). Starting on December 20th at around 4:00 AM, Copilot stopped responding and shows the message: "An unexpected problem occurred. Please try again later". Important details: VPN is not used. The issue appears on both devices, so it is not related to a specific device or cache. I have already tried signing out and back in, updating the app, and restarting the devices, but the error persist. It seems that the problem is connected to the account or server side rather that the devices. Please help me restore access to Copilot. Thank you.

Third-party cookies weren't enabled in the Edge browser. After enabling them, all the problems disappeared. Thank you.

It sounds like you are experiencing a common issue with Microsoft Copilot that could be related to account or server-side problems, especially since it occurs on multiple devices. Here are some potential causes and resolutions based on the context:

    1. Licensing or Account Conflicts: Ensure that you are not signed in with both a personal account and a work or school account simultaneously, as this can cause validation issues for Copilot.
    2. Newly Assigned License: If you recently assigned a new license, it might take some time for the changes to propagate, which could temporarily affect access to Copilot.
    3. Internet Connectivity Issues: Even though you mentioned that VPN is not used, check your internet connection to ensure it meets the necessary network requirements for Copilot to function properly.
    4. Recent Office Reset or Update: If there was a recent update or reset of Office, this might affect the activation status of Copilot.
    5. Privacy Settings: Check if Copilot is being blocked by your privacy settings, which could prevent it from functioning correctly.

If the problem persists after checking these factors, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. They can provide more specific troubleshooting steps tailored to your situation.
