I changed my account from the $17 NZD monthly subscription to the $ 12.00 plan

I was emailed and supposed to get all months refunded (refund of $60 NZD total)

I have received only $5.00

How do I get the rest of my refund?

Thank you for your time

Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to account data or information. You can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this charge.

On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help.

Type "Billing" as the keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

Then fill out a few more details, after which you will be transferred to speak with an agent.

To resolve your refund issue, you should first check the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for your subscription. Since you changed your account from a higher monthly subscription to a lower one, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the higher subscription. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Support: Reach out to Microsoft 365 support to inquire about the refund process. They can provide specific details regarding your account and the refund you are entitled to.
    2. Provide Documentation: Have any relevant documentation ready, such as emails confirming your refund amount and details about your subscription changes.
    3. Clarify Your Situation: Explain that you were expecting a refund of $60 NZD and have only received $5.00. Ask for clarification on why the full refund has not been processed.
    4. Follow Up: If you do not receive a satisfactory response, consider following up with support to ensure your request is being processed.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve your refund issue effectively.
