Default evaluation flows failing

The default evaluation flow such as QnA coherence, f1 score etc are failing but previously it was working. I have reset compute instances , changed to higher spec VM many times to no avail. I get the error Flow not ready even though nothing is being run. This can be quite frustrating to use and it impedes on my workflow.
