can't access non-microsoft websites

Hi, I cannot access non-microsoft web pages from my edge browser. this may have started when I switched from a monthly subscription to yearly. I have been through all the troubleshooting, cleared the cache, reset settings, rebooted the laptop. please help!

1. Could you please share the exact error message you receive when you try to access non-Microsoft web pages?
2. Have you tried accessing them from an InPrivate/Incognito window or using a different browser to see if you’re able to open the pages?

Also, try switching your Wi-Fi connection to a mobile hotspot and check if you can access the websites. If that works, the issue might be related to your ISP or current network.
