Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

To help narrow down the issue:
Can you check if the emails might be landing in the "Other" tab instead of "Focused," or if they’re hidden in another folder? Can you also test searching?

- Check your mailbox settings to confirm nothing is filtering or blocking those emails.
