Dear Friends
There is a developer building for me a spreadsheet in excel. It pulls in a range of price data and then calculates technical indicators for me.
The spreadsheet worked beautifull pulling in all the data from refinitiv but then one day the spreadsheet stopped working.
Only three stocks had an issue. SLY, PIN and RWO .The spreadsheet would not pull in data for 8/20/2021 eventhough the stocks traded on that day.
Its just that it seems refinitiv did not pull in the data.
Now even though refinitiv pulls in the data for those stocks on everyday after and before 8/20/2021, the spreadsheet will not work because of that one day.
Is there a way to ask refinitiv/microsoft to check their database? How can i get round this. I imagine if this happens randomly with those three stocks then it could infact happen in the future with other stocks.
